Ports: Pier 1
Trend: Transportation purposes → Present: Tourist attractions
Transition: Ferries → Tourist Attraction
Future: Rising sea levels → Buoyant architecture
Skyscrapers
Skyscrapers were originally intended for single use, but now they are used for multiple purposes
Skyscrapers used to be much smaller, however now they are much larger (also known as vertical expansion)

We interviewed various home buyers from the past, present, and future: here’s what we found.
